Edward J. Riehl

President and Founder

Ed is a retired General Counsel of VNU Marketing Information Group/ACNielsen Corporation, a former partner in the firm of McNees, Wallace and Nurick, and a former Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean at Loyola of Maryland.

Ed has many years of nonprofit service as a volunteer, project leader and board member.  He served in the Peace Corps, been a member of the Ignatian Volunteer Corps, volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, and been the president of three Boards of Directors.

Ed is a graduate of Boston College, received his Master’s at Catholic University of America, and holds a law degree from Georgetown University.

Lou has over 20 years’ experience in finance, 18 as an independent financial advisor.

Lou established his financial planning practice in 1998 with American Express Financial Advisors (now Ameriprise Financial Services), later moving it to a fully independent platform with Royal Alliance Associates, Inc.  He was a founding partner of Bernover Gottlieb & Associates, LLC., which has since evolved into Gottlieb Advisory Group, LLC.

Lou holds a degree  in Personal Financial Management from the University of Missouri.

Kenneth M. Nussbaum

Ken is both a CPA and an attorney with over 25 years of professional experience.

He is the founder and is the principal of the firm K. Nussbaum and Associates where his clientele includes businesses, professionals, entrepreneurs, fiduciaries of estates and trusts, and Boards of Directors of private foundations and public charities.

Ken also has volunteered in several civic activities.  He received both his Bachelors and law degrees from the University of Illinois.

Sara W. Krausz

Sara is an independent legal consultant advising small businesses and start-ups on employment-related matters.  She previously worked as an Associate at McGuireWoods LLP in Los Angeles, and as a Law Clerk in the Civil Law Division of the California Attorney General’s Office.  Sara’s pro bono work includes advising a community-based school through formation and start-up.  She volunteers with several community organizations, and has focused much of her time over the past two years developing an ongoing relationship between suburban Chadds Ford Elementary School and Mitchell Elementary School in Philadelphia.  Effective June 1, 2018, Sara is Vice President of our Board.
